Deposit Limits
One of the most effective ways to maintain control of your gambling expenditure is to set a hard limit on how much money you deposit into your batbat account over a defined period. batbat offers deposit limits at three time horizons: daily, weekly, and monthly. How Deposit Limits Work
Once a deposit limit is set, batbat's system will automatically reject any deposit transaction that would cause your cumulative deposit total for the relevant period to exceed the limit you have defined. For example, if you set a weekly limit of ৳5,000 and have already deposited ৳4,200 during the current week, a deposit of ৳1,000 will be blocked and you will receive a notification explaining why.
Increasing a limit takes effect after a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period, to ensure the decision is considered rather than impulsive. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately. Time-Out Features
A time-out is a short-term break from gambling on the batbat platform. Unlike self-exclusion, a time-out is designed for players who want a temporary pause — to clear their head, reassess their play habits, or simply take a holiday from gaming — without permanently closing their account.
batbat offers time-out periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days. During a time-out period, you will not be able to log in to your batbat account, place bets, access casino games, or receive promotional communications from batbat. The time-out cannot be cancelled or shortened once activated — it runs for the full duration selected.

Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a formal, longer-term measure for players who believe their gambling has become — or is at risk of becoming — a serious problem. When you self-exclude from batbat, your account is completely suspended for the duration of the exclusion period, and all promotional communications are halted immediately.
batbat offers self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and permanent (indefinite). A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Timed self-exclusions may be extended at any point during the exclusion period but cannot be shortened. After a timed self-exclusion expires, a mandatory 7-day reflection period applies before the account can be reactivated — giving you time to make a clear-headed decision.
How to Self-Exclude from batbat

- 2 Select your preferred exclusion duration: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or Permanent.
- 3 Confirm your selection. You will receive a confirmation email to your registered address within 15 minutes confirming that the self-exclusion is active.
- 4 Your account is immediately suspended. You will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets for the full exclusion period.
