1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and batbat ("batbat", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at batbat.vip. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the batbat platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional campaigns, and all customer support interactions.

By creating an account on batbat, accessing any section of the batbat platform, or placing any wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the batbat platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].

batbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, batbat will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or via a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of batbat following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date shown in the "Effective" header of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the batbat platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. batbat operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Players under 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing wagers on the batbat platform.
• You are accessing the platform entirely of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.
• You are not a professional player whose primary income is derived from gambling in a jurisdiction where this creates legal complications.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or gambling block that would prohibit your use of an online gambling platform.
• Your participation in online gambling does not violate any law applicable to you in your country, state, province, or territory of residence.

batbat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be provided will be suspended immediately. Any funds deposited into an account subsequently confirmed to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings generated, which are forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of batbat features — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings — you must complete the account registration process and pass identity verification. The following rules apply to all batbat accounts:

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on batbat at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. batbat reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms that may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batbat account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. batbat will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

batbat may at any time request identity verification documents (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer verification). Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence for identity verification, and a recent bKash or Nagad statement, bank statement, or utility bill for address verification. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds require completion of KYC before processing. Accounts that fail to complete requested KYC within the specified timeframe may be suspended.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the batbat platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). batbat does not charge additional currency conversion fees. The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your batbat wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one to three business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. batbat will not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits made from third-party accounts are subject to reversal, and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method:

• bKash / Nagad: Minimum ৳500 — processed within approximately 5 minutes of approval.
• Rocket / Upay: Minimum ৳500 — processed within approximately 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank Transfer: Minimum ৳1,000 — processed within 1–3 business hours during BST business hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processing times subject to card issuer policy — typically 1–3 business days.

All withdrawal requests above ৳5,000 require SMS OTP verification sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number before processing commences. batbat reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks on withdrawal requests above ৳25,000. These checks are conducted to protect player accounts from fraudulent withdrawal attempts and are not punitive in nature.

batbat does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing times are estimates and may vary due to payment provider load, banking hours, or exceptional circumstances. In no event shall batbat be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Responsible Financial Limits

Players may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, and single-session spending caps from within their account settings at any time. batbat strongly encourages all players to make use of these tools to help maintain responsible spending habits. Limits set are applied immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

batbat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket tournament promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion announcement:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) to the player's bonus balance. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry time are forfeited automatically.
• batbat reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already claimed and actively in use by eligible players.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated multi-account claiming, exploiting loopholes, or placing low-risk opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By participating in any betting or gaming activity on the batbat platform, you agree to abide by the specific rules applicable to each product category, as supplemented by the following general rules:

Sports Betting

All sports bets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and multi-bet accumulators — are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. batbat reserves the right to void bets placed after the event to which they relate has already commenced, except where in-play betting is explicitly offered and the bet is accepted within the live betting window. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, batbat's specific sport-by-sport void policies shall apply and are documented in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Help Centre.

Live Casino

Live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti, and andar bahar — are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette ball) in real time and are recorded by studio cameras. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round as recorded by the studio provider's own system shall be final and binding. batbat's customer support team can assist players in querying specific round outcomes using the round ID displayed in the game interface.

Slots & Crash Games

Slot and crash game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems maintained by the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game title are as certified by the relevant provider and are available in the individual game information panel. batbat does not modify provider-certified RTP values. In the event of a server disconnection or technical error during a slot or crash game round, the outcome is determined and recorded by the provider's system. 7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the batbat platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, good faith, and compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the batbat platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the batbat platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the batbat platform or in any game. Players who discover a software error must cease play and report it to [email protected] immediately. Winnings generated through a known or discovered software error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or sports fraud in connection with sports betting markets on batbat.
• Using the batbat platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity. batbat is required to report suspicious financial transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with batbat's platform software, databases, or server infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward batbat customer support staff.
• Allowing a person under the age of 18 to access the batbat platform using your account credentials or payment methods.

batbat reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, reversal of deposits to the originating payment method (where fraud is not involved), and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

batbat may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time and for any of the following reasons, among others:

• Confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Confirmed underage access — any account confirmed to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately.
• A player's own voluntary request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be deactivated. batbat will make reasonable efforts to notify the registered email address before deactivating an inactive account.

Players who wish to close their batbat account voluntarily may do so at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected] from their registered email address. Account closure requests are processed within three business days. Any remaining balance on a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

Players who wish to self-exclude from the batbat platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the affected account is suspended and cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period has elapsed. Permanent self-exclusion requests are treated as irrevocable.
